Heartwarming Tales: Wundi’s Journey at Calan Horse Sanctuary

At CHS we are known for giving horses true sanctuary. We also have other special animals here like Wundi, a lamb rescued in 2013. Well, living amongst a couple of other sheep and a ram, Wundi has given birth recently to healthy, beautiful twins after a loss of a baby that sent Wundi into depression or what is called ‘break off’ and all her wool fell out. We’ve named the twins ‘Daisy’ and ‘Rondi’- a girl and a boy! Helping when we can is the name of the game when you love animals.
